The Alliance for Opportunity is excited to welcome three new members to our growing coalition: The Jack Kemp Foundation, The Cicero Institute, and Human Flourishing Academy.

Each of these organizations brings a strong commitment to expanding opportunity, strengthening families, and advancing policies that help more Americans achieve upward mobility.

The Jack Kemp Foundation carries forward the legacy of one of America’s most influential champions for economic growth, enterprise, and opportunity for all. Its work reinforces the belief that public policy should empower every person to rise, contribute, and flourish.

The Cicero Institute is a leading force for innovative state policy solutions, with a focus on removing barriers that keep people from work, stability, housing, health, and independence. Their practical, reform-oriented approach will be a valuable addition to A4O’s state-based agenda.

The Human Flourishing Academy is training the next generation of safety net policy leaders. Their work highlights the importance of purpose, character, community, and hope in helping individuals and families thrive.

Together, these new members strengthen A4O’s mission to advance a work-first, community-centered, and opportunity-driven policy agenda across the states. As governors, legislators, and state leaders look for practical ways to reduce poverty and promote upward mobility, A4O’s expanding network is helping ensure they have the ideas, partners, and tools needed to act.

We are grateful to welcome the Jack Kemp Foundation, Cicero Institute, and Human Flourishing Academy to the Alliance for Opportunity network and look forward to working together to help more Americans build flourishing lives.
